How it started...
Our planting pastor Patrick Crandall has long had a growing desire to be involved in church planting. He got connected with Jon Moffitt, the lead pastor at Grace Reformed Church through the ministry of Theocast. Jon and Grace Reformed Church had becoming increasingly aware of the need for a reformed, Gospel-proclaiming church in Columbia to their south. Those things together have led us to Columbia to partner to plant this needed church.
How it's going...
Patrick and his family moved to Columbia in August of 2020. They have been getting to know and love their new community here in Muletown. As time has gone on, God has brought together a core of people at Grace Reformed Church who love Columbia and want Columbians to know how Jesus loves them. We have been planning, praying, and working towards doing that together as Covenant Grace Columbia.
Where we are headed...
We will be launching services in June of 2021 and are so excited to see God bring more people to be loved as a part of this family.
